Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Child Inpatient Behavioral Health, Part Time 24hr Evening

Part Time 24-Hours, Evening Shift 3:00p - 11:30pm, Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Tara Vista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community.

The LPN is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will be a champion for our patients and support the team around you. The LPN maintains a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in Tara Vista's core principles and works under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).

• Care for individuals in need of psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.

• Currently licensed as an LPN by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Previous experience preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.

Compensation is determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
