Position Details
  • Role: Veterinary Receptionist
  • Status: Full-time
  • Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Variable shifts during the week and every other Saturday

What You’ll Do
  • Greet clients and manage patient check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and relay messages
  • Maintain accurate records, invoices, and client communications
  • Coordinate patient flow and support doctors and technicians
  • Handle payments and daily front‑desk operations, including opening and closing
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
  • 1+ year of veterinary or medical office experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Positive, compassionate, and team‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of animal behavior and medical terminology
  • Reliability, flexibility, and comfort with weekend/evening shifts
