Veterinary Receptionist Status:
Full-time Salary: $18 - $19.50 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
Flexible weekly schedule with one evening shift and one weekend shift

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
- Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and review invoices with clients
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support an efficient hospital workflow while creating a positive client experience
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient care
