Our three-doctor small animal practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who loves pets and thrives in a supportive, team-first environment. What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and respond to voicemail messages promptly.
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a busy, multi-doctor calendar.
• Check patients in and out while ensuring client and patient information is complete and accurate.
• Collect payments, process invoices, and review estimates with clients.
• Update patient records and thoroughly document client communications.
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and clinical team members.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient reception area.
• Support hospital workflow by anticipating needs and helping teammates as needed.

What You’ll Bring
