Greenhow is hiring a Seasonal Lawn Aeration Team Member to join our fall lawn care crew. This full-time position begins IMMEDIATELY and runs through September 30th, our busiest and most important lawn improvement season.
You'll work outdoors every day as part of a 2-person team, helping homeowners improve their lawns through aeration and over seeding services throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
What You'll DoAerate residential lawns using walk-behind and ride-on aerators
Spread grass seed and lawn products using commercial spreaders
Load and unload equipment and materials
Work with a teammate to complete daily routes efficiently
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
What We're Looking For This is a physically demanding position. The ideal candidate:
Enjoys working outdoors all dayCan repeatedly lift and carry 50-pound bags
Is dependable and arrives on time every dayCan safely operate equipment on hills, slopes, and different terrain types
Works well as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Has a valid driver's license (preferred)
