• Landscape construction or hardscape experience preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn hardscape and landscape installation skills

• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work in changing weather conditions
• Reliable for early starts and a Tuesday through Friday schedule

We are hiring a Hardscape Apprentice/Technician to join our landscape construction crew and help build ecological landscapes across Central Massachusetts. This is a field based role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to develop valuable landscape construction and hardscape skills alongside an experienced team.

You will work on a variety of landscape installation projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, site preparation, grading, drainage, planting, material staging, and jobsite cleanup. You will learn proper installation techniques while helping the crew keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

We are looking for someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, communicates clearly, and is willing to learn. You do not need to know everything. You do need to be reliable, coachable, safety minded, comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work, and genuinely interested in Reimagined Roots’ mission of creating abundant landscapes full of food, medicine, native plants, biodiversity, and function.

$18 to $22 per hour, based on experience.
