We are seeking a Quality Control Technician with experience in optical or precision component manufacturing to support inspection, documentation review, and day-to-day quality activities in a high‑mix manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented but also adaptable and curious, with an interest in expanding their skills beyond inspection into broader quality and process support.

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of optical components and assemblies
• Verify contract conformity against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
• Review and maintain quality documentation (inspection records, travelers, certificates)
• Support nonconformance reporting and basic root cause investigations
• Work closely with manufacturing to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with calibration, measurement system upkeep, and inspection equipment
• Contribute ideas to improve inspection methods and quality workflows

• 5+ years in QC or inspection within optical manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Experience with mechanical and/or optical measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Experience in high‑mix manufacturing
• Familiarity with optical inspection or metrology techniques
