Position Summary
Associate, QC Analytical Flow Cytometry – Cell Therapy Facility, Devens, MA. Supports QC bioanalytical testing of cell therapy drug product, including in‑process, release and stability assays, and participates in investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift & LocationPM Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 2PM – 12AM; location:
Devens, MA.
- Perform bioanalytical testing and data review of in‑process, batch release and stability samples in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of testing and assigned tasks.
- Assist with training on additional test methods and broaden testing responsibilities.
- Support investigations through data gathering or interviewing.
- Apply scientific principles to analytical testing and proper use of laboratory equipment.
- Communicate effectively with management about task completion, roadblocks and needs.
- Participate in projects and continuous improvement efforts as required.
- Perform additional QC and manufacturing support tasks, including shift coverage during weekdays, weekends, holidays, and adverse weather.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical or life sciences.
- 0–2+ years of analytical testing or QC experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience with basic laboratory techniques and safety practices.
- Preferred: experience in cell and molecular biology techniques (cell‑based assays, flow cytometry, qPCR, aseptic technique).
- Knowledge of regulatory standards in GMP laboratories (preferred).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with LIMS/ELN applications (preferred).
- Ability to work in a high‑pace team environment, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
- Excellent communication skills with peers and management.
Hourly rate: $35.82 – $43.41 (based on experience). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience.
