This role will focus on:

• Ensure all product inspections and product releases are completed in accordance with approved inspection criteria and procedures.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections, and document inspection results as required to assess product quality and conformance.
• Maintain and verify the accuracy and completeness of quality records and documentation related to incoming material inspections, in-process inspections, and final product release.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supervisors, managers, and production personnel to ensure quality standards are maintained and quality products are produced.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Ensure compliance with the Watson-Marlow Quality Management System (QMS).
• Use measuring and test equipment accurately and maintain equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain inspection and quarantine areas in an organized and compliant condition.
• Review and verify packaging and labeling requirements to ensure compliance with applicable specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of nonconforming materials, including support for root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives, internal audits, and training activities as required.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain quality data to support the monitoring and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Provide support and backup coverage for Quality team members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, specifications.

• Familiarity with ISO standards and its application in the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to properly use test and measurement equipment (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Work overtime as required.
• Ability to work within Clean Room as needed

This position offers a salary range of (USD
26.72 - 38.50

Hourly). Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate’s expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
