Located at Cape Cod’s only Relais & Châteaux and Forbes Five-Star hotel, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining and team leadership. The Sous Chef will oversee daily kitchen activities, manage quality, safety, and inventory, while supporting the Executive Chef.
