Qualifications and Requirements:

Available to work Saturdays; flexible scheduling offered (closed Sundays)
Able to lift 5–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation
Professional, strong work ethic, and a heart for service
Cheerful, positive, and customer-focused attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

What You'll Do:

Provide friendly, efficient service in areas like the drive-thru, dining room, cashier, drinks, and food prep
Practice the Chick-fil-A Core 4:
Share a Smile, Create Eye Contact, Speak with a Friendly Tone, and Always say “My Pleasure”
Execute position‑specific best practices and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge through in‑house training
Complete assigned opening and closing tasks
Follow food safety and restaurant procedures at all times
Encourage and uphold the vision and values of the restaurant
Contribute to a fun, caring, and team‑oriented environment
Communicate effectively with guests and team members
Display a professional, positive attitude at all times
Adhere to dress code and appearance standards
Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Receive and apply feedback to grow professionally
Support the team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Perform other duties as assigned
