• Manage the breakfast operation, including preparation, scheduling, and communication with breakfast attendants to ensure readiness for the next day’s expected volume and banquet activity.
• Supervise the weekly specialty breakfast item program to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the execution of banquet lunches, ensuring production guidelines are followed and group schedules are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by ensuring daily and weekly cleaning schedules are adhered to by cooks and assigning tasks as needed; assign deep cleaning duties to the AM dishwasher when required.
• Ensure that Ecosure standards are adhered to, including daily temperature logs, receipt logs, proper food labeling, proper food storage hierarchy, and working guidelines such as sanitary buckets and proper kitchen procedures.
• Supervise and enhance the daily employee lunch program to achieve maximum employee satisfaction while staying within budget restrictions; prepare weekly and daily menus, focusing on healthy inexpensive items.
• Prepare and place food orders as needed using established order guidelines.

This role is predominantly an AM shift. Occasional PM shifts may be required for coverage during peak times.

$23 – $24 per hour, with actual compensation based on skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
