Server Assistant

Job Overview

The Dining Room Server Assistant will support front‑line servers at Chatham Bars Inn by setting and resetting tables, refreshing water, carrying trays of food into the dining room, clearing tables, and delivering high levels of service and professionalism.

• Assist servers by setting and resetting tables, refreshing water, carrying trays of food, clearing tables.
• Maintain service standards and adhere to Chatham Bars Inn standards in all duties.

• Availability to work through the fall and flexibility with schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with cleaning chemicals/products.

• Hourly wage of $8.75 – $10.00 per hour plus tips.
