Hourly Wage ISS Guckenheimer offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour.

Work Hours The work hours for this position are approximately 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri .

We’re Looking for a Great Cook! Do you enjoy working in a kitchen, preparing good food, and being part of a team? We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking and wants a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with daytime hours. You’ll prepare food for breakfast, lunch, special events, and catered meals while working alongside a professional kitchen team.

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods for daily meals and special events
• Complete food preparation and kitchen prep throughout the day
• Follow recipes and directions from the Chef
• Make sure food is prepared correctly, safely, and on time
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas
• Help with food preparation, cooking, and other kitchen duties as needed
• Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Let the Chef or manager know if food, ingredients, or equipment are missing or have problems
• Follow all food safety and kitchen safety guidelines
• Additional duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent culinary education
• Experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, hotel, catering operation, corporate dining, or other food-service kitchen
• Comfortable preparing food in a busy kitchen
• Able to follow recipes and instructions
• Reliable and dependable
• Works well with others
• Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized kitchen
• Able to work efficiently during busy meal periods

Physical Demands & Work Environment This is an active, hands‑on kitchen position. You should be comfortable:
