, a premier CCRC campus of the Benchmark Senior Living team, means putting your passion to work. We are looking for a top tier, customer focused Assistant Dining Room Manager to join our team! As part of the Dining team in The Gala, a private, fine dining restaurant, your role will be to foster a clean and welcoming dining environment while making a difference in the lives of others.

• Oversee food and beverage service to residents
• Interview, hire, train and supervise dining room staff
• Manage schedule for all dining room staff
• Handle requests from residents who have specific needs
• Oversee set up of the dining room for the next scheduled meal
• Assist in inventorying supplies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dining room and server experience
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
• Able to follow written and oral instructions
• Basic working knowledge of dietary procedures and related Health Department regulations and guidelines for food service operations
• Able to assist with serving food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner
