** What You’ll Do
* As an
* Assistant Manager*, you’ll lead daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering timely, friendly service and upholding Applebee’s standards.
* Managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
* Recruiting, training, and developing team members.
* Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
* Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
* Supporting operational excellence—from line checks to accurate paperwork.
* Jumping in wherever needed—cooking, bartending, or greeting guests.
* What We’re Looking For*
* * 2–3 years of restaurant management experience* (casual dining preferred).
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
* Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
* Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
