Pay: Starting hourly rate: $18.00 USD per hour. Pay range: $18.00 – $27.00 USD per hour.

Target seasonal positions include a variety of specialized roles that support guest experience, merchandise management, and store operations. Seasonal specialists help guests discover products, provide service, and maintain a consistent and engaging store environment.

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor for a consistent guest experience.
• Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds and climb up and down ladders safely.
