Key Lead

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. They act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure that store operations run effectively.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High school diploma/GE.D. preferred or equivalent; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal skills, and communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive; initiative, confidence, adaptability.
• Detail‑oriented and able to balance multiple tasks.
• Proactive learning and strong work ethic.
