The Seasonal Retail Store Associate position is a limited-time employment opportunity to support increased summer business and tourism now through Labor Day. Seasonal Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. With your talents and expertise, you can help us play a more active and supportive role in each person's unique healthcare needs, positively impacting millions—one customer at a time.

Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and cashier duties in a retail setting.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and actively resolving service issues.
• Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact and offering help locating additional items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they remain fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly.
• Having close visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and inspecting small parts.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Part time

The typical pay range for this role is:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade; the actual rate depends on experience, education, and other factors.

This part‑time position is eligible for a range of benefits and programs that support the well‑being of colleagues, including dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, and voluntary benefits, dependent on hours worked.
