Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and developing customer relationships that result in repeat business.

• Provide a best‑in‑class experience to customers
• Uphold standards of customer service excellence
• Lead in productivity
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
• Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual sales targets
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures for the store
• Provide training to new store employees
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older

• Bilingual:
  Spanish or Mandarin

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
