As the ultimate vineyard vines Brand Ambassador, The Part-Time Keyholder will support the Store Team to drive top-line sales through personal sales, crew development, and community partnerships. When on the Sales Floor, the Part-Time Keyholder will ensure the customer experience supports our brand promise that “Every Day Should Feel This Good.”
Responsibilities- Generate sales and support the store to meet and exceed financial goals and metrics.
- Measure and develop crew performance goals to increase profitability.
- Actively look for opportunities to drive additional sales and traffic.
- Partner with Store Manager and Field Leadership to create acquisition and traffic driving events in the local community.
- Open and close the store, managing opening and closing procedures.
- Execute fundamentals of merchandise receiving and stockroom management.
- Train crew on Loss Prevention focuses and maintain a clean, well‑maintained store environment.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience, embodying the brand values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, and Fun.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top customers, using Hug Book management to coach team on usage, manage wish lists, and monitor sales results.
- Lead email capture efforts and educate new crew members on best practices.
- Maintain merchandising standards, replenishing inventory and responding to sell‑through, and provide weekly feedback.
- Help manage crew development: conduct daily huddles, educate new hires in orientations, provide training on product knowledge, technology tools, and weekly and seasonal updates; support team‑building activities and provide coaching.
- Attend Manager Meetings and meet regularly with the Store Manager on development goals and personal performance.
- Assist with recruitment and referral of top talent for the store team.

- Consistent weekend availability required; 20-25 hours/week average to maintain part‑time status.
- Cannot close on weekends or peak days by oneself.
- Seasonal stores: 25-40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods.
Salary Range: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
