Store Manager – Pandora
Join our team on the sales floor at Pandora, where you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and products while leading a high‑performance team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Fully immerse in brand, culture, and product, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Engage customers and work with the team to drive sales.
- Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
- Interpret and surpass KPIs and commercial targets, setting new records.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by demonstrating excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for performance and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals.
- Build loyal fans through authentic engagement and lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Recruit and retain talent for Pandora (Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads, Sales Associates).
- Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
- Implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and talent development initiatives.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Results‑oriented leadership with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to charm, captivate, and connect with people at all levels.
- Business acumen with analytical thinking to deliver positive results.
- Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with succession planning and internal mobility experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs or more.
- Base salary of $58,500 - $73,000, commensurate with experience.
