• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Answer product questions and help customers locate merchandise efficiently.
• Return merchandise from fitting rooms and stock areas to the sales floor to maintain an organized presentation.
• Retrieve merchandise from the stockroom upon customer or team request to ensure availability.
• Maintain merchandise displays according to visual standards and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 17+ in order to work necessary shifts.
• Willingness to operate a register as needed.
• Reliable transportation to work.
