Join us as a Stockroom Manager, where you'll lead inventory management, and team operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of safety, quality, and control. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll oversee a team who is responsible for processing and fulfillment of garment orders, ensure order accuracy, apply emblems, repair garments, and manage merchandise costs.

What Your Role Entails:

• ERP Systems and Inventory Management:
  Utilize ERP systems and/or detailed system analysis to oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available to meet production demands while minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Cost Management:
  Monitor stockroom performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance profitability, with a focus on controlling merchandise costs for new and used garments by adhering to proper processing and purchasing guidelines.
• Workflow Coordination:Schedule and coordinate daily stockroom operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company processes and quality standards.
• Team Leadership:Support and develop stockroom team members by fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track stockroom performance and ensure transparency in operations.
• Merchandise Management:
  Identify and segregate merchandise that does not meet specified quality standards in alignment with Uni First grading policy.
