Key Lead

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively and that the store leadership team drives performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent (preferred).
• At least one year of retail experience (preferred). Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams (preferred).
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, and able to take initiative with confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility with the ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
• Proactive learning and strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; for certain locations additional language proficiency (German, Dutch, French, Italian, Spanish) may be required.
• Ability to work at least 12–16 hours per week in the US, with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays.
