Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensuring quality service, efficient processes, and adherence to company standards. The Assistant Manager will lead the team, manage inventory, control costs, and maintain a clean environment while providing excellent customer service.

• Oversee all aspects of store shift, including cost control, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a professional example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, marketing, and profitability.
• Maintain store cleanliness, perfect image, and standard compliance.
• Ensure attendance and punctuality of the crew and provide transportation to/from work if needed.

General job duties for all store team members:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

Training

• Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

Communication skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills

• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Accurately make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
