Role Overview
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. This is a traveling role requiring regular travel, potentially up to 50% or more.
Responsibilities- Assist in creating attractive displays and end caps
- Reset and organize store shelves with proper product rotation
- Monitor inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities
- Travel frequently, including overnight stays, to various store locations
- 18 years or older with reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, move, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, self-starter with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Safety-conscious in a retail environment
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight, with a friendly, outgoing demeanor
