Retail Sales Associate

Home Goods, powered by Widgets Co's innovative industrial tools, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site store team. In this role, you'll greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right tools and accessories for industrial and home projects. You'll maintain organized, visually appealing displays and ensure shelves are stocked. Daily tasks include processing transactions, handling returns, and supporting promotions.

You'll collaborate with a supportive team that values open communication, learning, and growth, while developing strong product knowledge and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Explain features and benefits of industrial tools and accessories
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately at the register
• Maintain stocked, organized, and visually appealing displays
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving shipments
• Support store merchandising plans and promotional setups
• Handle basic product demos and troubleshoot simple customer issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming sales floor
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
