• The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of sales executives focused on new and renewal revenue, achieving monthly sales quotas and mentoring.
• The Sales Manager must be comfortable working on sales strategy with the CEO and utilizing dashboards, reports, and tracking to present and identify opportunities for growth.
• The Sales Manager needs to be able to lead and coach throughout the entire sales cycle from initial contact through delivery.

• 10+ Years of experience selling IT services, managed services or professional services.
• 3-5+ years of sales management experience.
• Ideal candidates will have experience selling into the government and an understanding of the government contracting process.

Reporting to an office 5 days a week in the South Shore, MA market (Greater Providence, RI / Brockton, MA).
