Sales Representative, Major Accounts – ADP
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to lead human resources technology sales in a designated territory. You’ll manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, build relationships with executives of companies with 50‑999 employees, and grow a book of business for ADP’s suite of solutions.
Responsibilities- Drive new business and close sales for ADP’s cloud‑based HR solutions.
- Manage full sales cycles from prospecting through implementation.
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan targeting decision makers.
- Develop and deepen relationships across existing accounts to grow additional business.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and technology education.
- Proven track record closing quota‑carrying B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills and ability to cold call, manage time, and present clearly.
- Self‑starter with a positive, persistent mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, thrives under pressure, can bounce back quickly.
- Ability to build relationships and live integrity with a “trusted advisor” mindset.
- A college degree is a plus but not required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or related software sales.
- Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales outreach.
- Military experience with teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills.
- Base salary ranges from $53,100 to $117,400 per year, plus bonus, equity, or commissions.
