Norwell, MA Pay: $22–$28/hour + Growth Opportunities Hours:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Only 1 Saturday per Month (8:00 AM–12:00 PM). No Saturday Hours During Summer Months.

We're looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Inside Sales Associate to join our Norwell team. Whether you have experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or wholesale distribution—or you're mechanically inclined and eager to learn—we want to hear from you.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and helping contractors, homeowners, and business partners find the right solutions.

• Assisting walk‑in and phone customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement
• Building strong customer relationships through outstanding service and product knowledge
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products that meet customer needs
• Collaborating with Branch Management, Outside Sales, and Manufacturer Representatives to support customer success
• Pulling, verifying, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining organized inventory and helping keep products properly stocked
• Working closely with warehouse and branch teams to support daily operations
• Participating in ongoing product and industry training to expand your expertise
• Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional branch environment

• Customer service, sales, counter sales, or wholesale distribution experience
• Plumbing, HVAC, construction, mechanical, or building supply knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
