We help customers enjoy healthier lawns and more comfortable outdoor spaces through professional lawn care, mosquito control, pest management, and seasonal services. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on sales experience, earn uncapped commission, and help grow two of our most in-demand services: mosquito and tick control.
Position OverviewAs a Seasonal Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for generating new customers for our mosquito and tick control program. This role is a mix of field sales (door-to-door / neighborhood outreach) and office-based sales activities (calls, follow-ups, and scheduling), giving you well-rounded sales experience. You’ll connect directly with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of our services, and guide them through the signup process.

- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Conduct door-to-door / neighborhood outreach and community-based sales
- Connect with homeowners through referrals and local marketing efforts
- Educate customers on mosquito and tick control services
- Provide estimates and guide customers through the sales process
- Assist with follow-ups, scheduling, and light office-based lead tracking
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track leads, activity, and sales performance
- Represent Truly Lawn professionally in the community

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
