Sales Representative – Pest Control

Truly Gone is the growing pest control division of Truly Lawn, a trusted local company known for exceptional customer service and results. As we continue expanding throughout the Greater Boston area and surrounding communities, we are looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to help grow the brand from the ground up.
This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain real-world sales experience, build confidence in communication, and earn based on performance while helping homeowners protect their properties from unwanted pests.
What You’ll Do- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online inquiries
- Conduct door-to-door / neighborhood outreach and in-person sales in assigned territories
- Work in-office on sales activities including follow-ups, customer calls, and scheduling
- Educate homeowners on pest control solutions and preventative services
- Conduct customer consultations and recommend appropriate services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Identify opportunities for recurring pest control programs and add-on services
- Represent the Truly Gone brand professionally in the community
- Contribute ideas to help grow and improve a developing division
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and asking for the sale
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest in business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Reliable transportation preferred
