Account Manager, Outside Sales, Business Development
Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for driving sales across Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research.
- Conduct consistent daily cold‑calling and outreach to prospective clients.
- Cultivate existing business using our full suite of products.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data to meet client expectations.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and a go‑getter attitude.
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation outreach.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics (nice to have).

Salary to be determined based on experience, qualifications, and market data. Base salary range: $40,000 – $50,000, plus commission eligibility.
Location and Position TypePaxton, MA – 96 Stereo Lane, Off Asnebumskit Road, 01612. Regular full‑time salaried position.
