Equipment Rental Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction/industrial equipment. The role serves as the company’s front line of contact with the customer, understanding their equipment needs, negotiating and placing orders. Strong administrative skills and a professional attitude are essential.

• Support customers by telephone and walk‑in visits.
• Understand and assess customer equipment needs.
• Negotiate and place rental orders.
• Maintain accurate administrative records.
• Deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range: $24.58 - $29.19 per hour (starting rate may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
