CSSR

Craft Massachusetts, a leading craft beer and specialty beverage distributor in Woburn, MA, seeks a CSSR to support our wholesale customers and sales team. In this fast-paced role, you will handle inbound orders, respond to account inquiries, coordinate with logistics on deliveries, and maintain accurate customer and order data. You'll help promote our portfolio of craft beers, ciders, and specialty beverages, working closely with sales, marketing, and local brewery partners.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excited about the craft beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for wholesale customers, processing orders and resolving inquiries promptly
• Support sales representatives with account coordination, pricing, and product information
• Maintain accurate customer records, order data, and delivery details in internal systems
• Partner with logistics to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and resolve service issues
• Educate customers on Craft Massachusetts' craft beer and beverage portfolio and promotions
• Assist with sales reporting, inventory checks, and trade marketing support as needed
