Allied Universal - - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing timely notifications to site contacts and/or public services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter routes to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.;
Monitor access points and key areas, verifying credentials when required and documenting visitor activity according to site policy.;
Complete detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
