Overview
The Raytheon Special Programs Security team is seeking a self‑starter to drive special programs security projects and support Executive Level meetings for the Capabilities Growth Office initiatives throughout our New England locations. This position requires a strong working knowledge of the Special Programs Security Core

Employees will work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance staff essential to product development. Candidates may be asked to attend select interview steps in‑person at one of our office locations.
- Interface with Raytheon executives to facilitate SAP/SCI meetings, including room opening, setup, and closeout.
- Perform security functions supporting RTX’s Corporate SAP Portfolio, including material transport and approval, destruction, training, and visit certifications.
- Operate and support Video Teleconferencing systems.
- Lead projects in support of the Special Programs Security Team.
- Coordinate incoming visits across multiple security classification levels.
- Manage Shared Use SAP and SCI facilities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional organizations to enable business objectives.
- Participate in self‑inspections, identifying findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Support government security compliance inspections.
- Position may require extended hours, weekend work, and local New England travel; limited additional travel as needed.
- University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Products.
- Experience supporting special programs security projects and Executive Level meetings.
- Project Management experience.
- Understanding of customer SAP security and acquisition structures.
- DISS and JADE user experience.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a unique multi‑program environment.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with existing status on day one.
- Recent CI Polygraph.
- Knowledge of Security Management, Personnel Security, Accountability, Information Security, Physical Security, Access Control, Transmission, Security Education, Contracting, and Guard Force responsibilities.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Salary range: $86,800 USD – $165,200 USD.
