PER‑DIEM Security Officer – Overnight – Jaffrey, NH

Pay: $21.72/hr schedule: PER‑DIEM as needed, primarily 3rd shift (overnight), any day of the week. Must be able to work weekends. No security experience required. Growth opportunity available.

• Monitor and control access to client facilities.
• Perform regular patrols in a retail mall setting to ensure safety and security of assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
• Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
• Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.

• Excellent observational and de‑escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Robust experience in customer service, law enforcement, security, and/or military roles strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging in difficult conversations.
• Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, maintaining a safe and respectful approach.
• Basic to moderate computer skills required.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Prior experience working in reception or an administrative position highly preferred.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.

• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to complete all pre‑employment requirements prior to starting.
