Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy violations.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or disorderly conduct through a visible presence.;
Support property rules and daily operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or other security-related concerns noticed during patrols.
