You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses improve their energy efficiency and comfort — all while contributing to a more sustainable future.

• Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications.
• Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and other team tasks as needed.
• Work closely with your crew leader to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in insulation or construction is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
