We are partnering with a small but growing plumbing company seeking an experienced Master Plumber to support five properties, primarily across Central Massachusetts. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and takes pride in high-quality plumbing work—especially hot water systems.

• Travel between 5 assigned properties (3 located in Massachusetts)
• Perform all plumbing-related work with a strong focus on:
• Individual hot water heaters (Shrewsbury-based properties)
• Hot water tank removal, replacement, and line tear-outs
• Troubleshooting and repairing aging systems (properties approx. 20+ years old)
• Support and maintain filtration systems specific to individual properties
• Work with wall-mounted applications and Providence hot water systems where applicable
• Diagnose issues efficiently and provide long-term, reliable solutions
• Maintain organized records and communicate clearly with ownership/management

• Licensed Master Plumber (required)
• Strong experience with hot water heaters and tank systems
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• Organized, efficient, and dependable with a long-term mindset
• Ability to work on older properties and legacy plumbing systems
• Based in or near Shrewsbury, MA (or willing to commute locally)
