We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Boxborough, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues

• Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections

• Install and upgrade heating and cooling equipment

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national HVAC codes

• Work with ductwork, ventilation systems, and energy-efficient units

• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC service and repair

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Applicable HVAC certifications and licenses for Massachusetts

Compensation $80,000–$150,000 per year (based on performance and experience)
