Description
SCHEDULE:
40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.
Pays $21.40 - $24.00per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
LOCATION:
151 Geneva Ave, Dorchester, MA 02021
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.
Requirements
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
REQUIRED:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to read printed labels and instructions
* Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
PREFERRED:
* Bilingual English/Spanish
KNOWLEDGE/
EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED:
* Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience
* Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems
PREFERRED:
* Previous experience in Building Maintenance
