Journeyman Plumber

Bluedrop solves water quality issues for Residential and Commercial clients with the design and installation of water purification equipment. We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our growing installation team.

• Perform site surveys and installation planning
• Install Bluedrop equipment including water filtration systems, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems
• Collaborate with Bluedrop operations, service, and sales teams
• Maintain company vehicle according to policy and procedures
• Follow through on customer commitments
• Manage, maintain, and secure company assets including inventory, equipment, vehicles, and machinery
• Assist with training other members of the team
• Safety must be a #1 priority to keep injury free and comply with regulations and company safety policies
• Support growth and development within the division through mentorship, training, and exposure to other services and business functions

• Pass pre‑employment background check
• Skilled in use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
• Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Read and follow plumbing and electrical schematics
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

• Must have a Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber license
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of plumbing experience
