At Northeast Home & Energy, we’re looking for hardworking and motivated insulation crew members to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping homeowners and businesses improve their energy efficiency and comfort — all while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Install various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, crawl spaces, and basements. Cut, measure, and fit insulation materials according to specifications. Seal air leaks and ensure proper ventilation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with loading and unloading materials and other team tasks as needed. Work closely with your crew leader to complete projects efficiently and to high quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Good physical fitness and stamina.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in insulation or construction is a plus, but we will train the right candidates.
