BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity in Tyngsborough, MA. This is a great position for a hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining high-quality living environments for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes

* Diagnose and complete work orders in a timely manner

* Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

* Complete apartment turns and make-ready work as needed

* Ensure property grounds and common areas are well-maintained

* Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

* Previous apartment maintenance experience required

* Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

* EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

* Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
