$2,500 sign‑on bonus

• Install, maintain, and repair various types of commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and air handling systems.
• Troubleshoot and service building HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and determine the necessary repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform system upgrades and controller cutovers.
• Perform wiring checkout and assist in systems start‑ups.
• Perform programming sequence checkout.
• Work independently.
• Assist in the training of other technicians.
• Interpret HVAC and electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and service.
• Work in a professional manner in both occupied finish spaces and construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

• 5+ years in HVAC technology, troubleshooting, system controls and repairs.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
• Building Automation System and chiller, cooling tower and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• EPA Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Knowledge of safety practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
