About the RoleMasters Academy International is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation of our campus facilities. This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining critical building systems—including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing—while proactively addressing maintenance needs to support a high‑quality learning environment. The ideal professional will manage routine inspections and repairs, uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance, and support our student‑athletes, faculty, and staff with a service‑oriented mindset and commitment to excellence.
WhatYou Will Do
You will be the primary guardian of our campus infrastructure, ensuring the safe and uninterrupted operation of all facility systems. You will diagnose malfunctions, execute a wide range of repairs—from minor carpentry and painting to complex technical troubleshooting—and conduct regular hazard inspections. You will support emergency preparedness protocols and ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards, directly impacting the excellence of the environment where our student‑athletes train and learn.

Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred. - Experience:
3–5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar role. - Expertise:
Demonstrated ability in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics; familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) preferred. - Knowledge:
Local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards and school safety policies; ability to conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards proactively.
The salary range is $55,000. Benefits for eligible roles include medical, life insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, and more.
