• Experience with airless and/or HVLP sprayers
• Understanding of coatings (latex, oil, lacquer, primers)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Valid driver's license
• 1+ years of professional spray painting experience

You prepare surfaces with care, protect surrounding areas, and set up spray equipment to meet the demands of each project. You apply interior and exterior coatings evenly, adjusting your technique to suit materials and conditions while maintaining efficiency. You review job scope and notes before starting, coordinate with crew leaders and field managers, flag discrepancies early, and document progress when required.

You clean and maintain equipment, manage product changeovers smoothly, correct defects as needed, and consistently deliver finishes that meet company standards across both shop and field environments.
